About
I’m the Director of Student Employment as Engaged Learning at IUPUI (Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis) University Library.
I bring experience in college instruction and course design, and a background in feminist and queer theory, literary studies, and composition pedagogy, to bear on my library work and research.
My many research interests include pursuing critical and learner-centered pedagogies outside the classroom; educationally purposeful student employment; and the operations of library hierarchies.
I have a PhD in English from the University of Wisconsin, a master’s degree in Women’s Studies from the University of Oxford (UK), and a BA in Modern History and English, also from Oxford.
